4. Job Seekers & Candidates
- Profile, CV, and application information must be truthful and not misleading.
- You may not spam employers or submit fraudulent applications.
- Applications submitted through PakRozgar may be shared with the relevant employer.
5. Employers & Recruiters
- Job listings must be genuine, lawful, and accurately describe the role and compensation where stated.
- Employers are solely responsible for the content of their postings and hiring decisions.
- Discriminatory, misleading, or illegal listings may be removed without notice.
- Paid plans and featured listings are subject to the pricing shown at the time of purchase.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Post false jobs, scams, malware links, or phishing content
- Harvest user data or scrape the platform without written permission
- Interfere with site security, APIs, or infrastructure
- Impersonate another person, company, or PakRozgar staff member
- Use the service for unlawful purposes under Pakistani or applicable international law
7. Content & Intellectual Property
PakRozgar branding, software, and original site content are owned by Cloud Dev Nest Solutions. User-submitted content remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display and distribute it on the platform for operational purposes.
8. Disclaimer
PakRozgar is a listing and connection platform. We do not guarantee employment, interview outcomes, or the accuracy of every third-party listing. Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Dev Nest Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, employer actions, or third-party services.
